The kitchen at Ololo has become renowned for offering delicious 'paddock to plate' fresh ingredient and cuisine. The Ololo farm and the lodge has been developed by Chapman family from Australia, who have extensive farming background. Ololo produces tastiest eggs, chicken and also duck meat. With the covered vegetable garden and mushroom house, the lodge produces approximately 70% of the greens on our guests' plates all farmed organically using regenerative principles with recycling and composting systems in place.
